TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking and Cancellation Policy:

• CHECK IN: 14:00
• CHECK OUT: 10:00
• Full payment must be received before apartment’s keys are released.
• A deposit is required to secure the reservation.
• Payments can be made via EFT, bank deposit, or any approved payment method.
• Proof of payment must be uploaded for verification.
• No show or cancellation 7 days before stay – NO REFUND DUE.
• Cancellation 7 or more days before stay – 50 % REFUND DUE.
• Rates apply per apartment and not per person. Number of guests allowed per apartment is limited as specified per apartment.

2. The following actions are not allowed on the premises:

• Smoking indoors is not allowed. A penalty fee of N$ 2500.00 will be charged.
• Excessive noise and/or loud music – any time during the day and night.
• Events and hosting of other guests. Only 2 visitors are allowed per apartment until 21:00, Quiet time starts at 21:00 – 07:00

3. Housekeeping

• Housekeeping services will be provided according to the accommodation schedule. (BEFORE 12H00)

4. All facilities are used at own risk.

• We do not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injuries incurred as a result of utilizing the facilities including the swimming pools.
• Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings.

5. Damage Policy

• Keep the apartment and all its contents including furniture, electronic equipment’s, fixtures and fittings, utensils, beddings and towels in the same state at the start of the stay and leave the apartment is the same state of CLEANLINESS and GENERAL order in which it was found.
• The guest is also responsible for the safe keeping of the apartment and all its contents.
• The guest is responsible to reimburse for all damage(s), breakages and loss(es) caused during your stay.
• No items are allowed to be removed from the apartment.
• PLEASE REPORT ALL BREAKAGES, DAMAGE(S) or LOSS(ES) BEFORE CHECKING OUT.

6. Pets Policy:

• NO unauthorized pets are allowed on the premise
